Leaders in Turkey Breeding and Hatching since 1945! Turkey Farm Manager This position manages up to 15 employees and oversees The Company's policies, rules, compliances, Biosecurity principles and concepts, and Animal Welfare and safety are upheld.
This Farm consists of five houses:
3 Hens and 2 Toms.

A list of some of the requirements are as follows:
Follow the company's rules and regulations for Biosecurity, Animal Welfare and Safety Must not own, operate, or work around backyard poultry operations off-duty.
Successfully work with live animals Knowledge and experience of animal husbandry and welfare preferred.
High School diploma or equivalent Basic math and computer skills are a must Be a self-starter without the need for constant supervisor or micromanaging Must have at least two years of experience, Bi-lingual Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
A Solid understanding of fundamental business practices; the ability to successfully lead and manage others; the ability to build creative, productive, and cohesive teams; excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and listening; the ability to be self-sufficient and able to organize and prioritize workflow; the ability to work up pressure; the ability to read and interpret relevant technical, industrial, governmental regulations, and legislations; the ability to interact, influence, persuade all levels of employees.
The incumbent must exhibit sound business judgment, be decisive, flexible, and have determination.
